I’m a little over a month in on my weekly sessions with Sharon and she has helped so much already. I actually look forward to my sessions each week. Sharon is absolutely fantastic, I’ve never trusted my therapist as much as I trust her. I initially found MySpectrum on google and did a lot of research before making the call to set up an appointment. Usually there is a wait list to get into therapy but with MySpectrum they were able to get me in the next week and then weekly from there on. I highly recommend MySpectrum!
